Terms and Conditions for Game Server Hosting Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the server hosting services provided by Radiate Hosting. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Service Agreement
We provide game server hosting services on a subscription basis, offering access to dedicated server resources for hosting multiplayer games. The specific services and features will be described in your individual plan agreement.
Account and Subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that all billing and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you select. Fees are charged based on your chosen plan, and payment is due in advance.
Server and Data Management
Access: You are granted access to manage your server through our control panel (e.g., Multicraft and TCAdmin).
Backups: While we recommend performing regular backups, we do not guarantee the availability of data backups and are not responsible for the loss of data unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Data Retention After Service Termination
World Download Policy: Once your server is canceled or terminated, we are no longer responsible for your data. We do not store your data after service termination, and any data associated with your server will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download all necessary data before canceling or terminating the service.
If you need to retrieve any server data, please contact support prior to cancellation. We are not responsible for recovering any lost data once the service is terminated.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our servers to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Host or distribute malicious software or engage in activities that may harm or disrupt the integrity of the network.
- Engage in spamming, fraud, or any illegal activities.
Service Availability
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that our services are available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or outages, whether caused by technical issues, third-party providers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the server will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, including but not limited to misuse of services or failure to comply with payment requirements.
Refunds are provided at our discretion based on the terms outlined in the plan agreement or applicable laws. We do not issue refunds for unused server time after service termination.
Liability Limitations
We are not liable for any loss of data, server downtime, or any other issues arising from the use of our services. You agree that our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
